Shopping with The Needlework Garden

To shop with us simply browse through the products listed in the left hand column and when you find an item you wish to order click on 'add to basket'. You will be taken to a secure Paypal page where you can add to the quantity of an item and you can remove an item should you wish to, and then continue shopping or proceed to checkout. No Paypal account is required to pay with Paypal.

Alternatively you can shop by mail order.

Please note, we are not VAT registered.

Cookies

The Paypal secure area of our site uses cookies to store information about your shopping basket contents. This is so you can move from page to page while retaining the contents of your basket. The shopping basket system is dependant on cookies being enabled, so please make sure your browser is set up to accept cookies (this will be the default setting). It is possible to disable cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools > Internet Options > Privacy' and selecting block cookies. However if you block cookies you will be unable to place an order.

Product Availability

We do our best to ensure availability of all our products. Items in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 2-3 working days (if paying by cheque please allow time for payment to clear). If we have to re-order an item we will let you know how long the delay is expected to be. Any outstanding items will be dispatched at no extra charge as soon as they become available.

Safety Advice

Enjoy your crafts but please remember that some craft products can be hazardous, all young children should be supervised when crafting.
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 16 to purchase aerosol paint. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase knives (offensive weapons), or any other product that contains a blade or sharp point, solvents, aerosols or alcohol. 

Postage and Delivery

Postage charges are as follows:

Orders under £15.00 - P&P £1.50.

Orders of £15.00 and over, postage is free.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and delivered by Royal Mail.

We always obtain proof of postage for parcels.

Postal charges may be subject to change in accordance with Royal Mail costs.

Overseas Orders

We are happy to ship outside the UK, but postage costs will be charged by package weight and destination.
We will email you with the dispatch price for both Airmail and Surface mail so you can choose between the two.
Then we will request this payment via a Paypal money request once your order is ready for dispatch.
Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel to keep postage costs down.
Sorry we are unable to post aerosols overseas.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are able to accept the return of any goods provided they are returned within 7 days, this period commences on the day after you receive the goods. Customers are responsible for paying postage on returns, please request proof of postage (this is a free service from the Post Office). Please inform us before you send returns.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, the fault must be stated on return. All other items must be returned in good condition and saleable as new.

Once a return has been agreed upon your money will be refunded within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse refund of any items that are not returned in a reasonable condition. We will refund the postage costs of returning faulty goods.
